Unfortunately, Katie, this property was actually bought (went to settlement November 20th). It's from an advertisement on the Homes & Land magazine website, so I guess they haven't yet updated their website, or else the agent hasn't informed them that the property sold - I'm sorry.
However, if you want to look for more properties in Bethel, you can go to my website at http://www.ValerieMackey.com, put in the zip code 19507 and it will show you all the properties that are CURRENTLY for sale right now (it's up to date with both properties and prices!). Then send me an e-mail or give me a call on my cell at 610-207-0172 and I will get you a couple of names of good realtors right in that area that you can call (my experience is in Berks County and you should always try to work with a realtor who has experience right in the area where you want to buy).
