Dear Bryan, I think home seller's, especially at this time of year, have gotten the message about pricing their home "right" - if they need to sell. That's the trick. Motivated seller have already lowered their prices if they have been advised correctly by their agents, so don't look to offer less. Look for a home you LOVE and offer quickly.
