There are may different places for you to look in that price range. If you want more specific advice from the Philadelphia Realtors here on Trulia, give a little more detail. Ex: Condo or townhome, how far ouside of Center City are you willing to go (10 minute walk to City Hall or 10 minute drive), do you need access to I95 or public transportation, do you want to walk to the local restaurants, do you want a home in move in condition or something you can fix up, off street parking?...
