Anne,

Renee is correct. They may say it is priced accordingly, but the fact is, either none of the people who saw your house bought anything, or they bought something else.
For what ever reason.
One of the problems with "solicited feedback" is they need to say something, and most people don't like
to say anything bad. So unless there is a glaring problem (which your agent should have already identified), you are dealing with the fickle preferences of buyers, in a buyer's market.
The nice thing about lots of showings is, one of the "next ones" to see your property may just fall in love
with it and submit an offer. Or you can lower the price to give them more incentive to pick yours when then finally decide to jump.
If you are already at your "bottom price" then the only factor is time and whether or not you can wait until one finally picks yours.

Good luck. - Thu Sep 3 2009, 09:10
