Hi Julie. One reason your agent would not be bringing certain clients through your home may be that those clients have a buyer's agency contract with another Realtor. Clients have the right to their own representation and have the option to contract an agent to work just for them. In this case, those clients are 'under contract' with a buyer's agent, just like you are 'under contract' with your listing agent. Best of luck in selling your home!
