Long distance realtor relationships

Debbie Kveragas answered:
You have every right to be concerned about the selling of your home. Being on as many websites as possible is a big key to selling. The majority of the buyers go on the internet before they even come to the area. Its very important to have as much exposure as possible. Did the realtor take alot of nice pictures? Find out if your home is on Realtor.com also. You should see a big change on how many showings that you get after the third week in June when everyone is out of school. The selling season lasts until about Thankgiving. As far as a long distance relationship with a realtor should not be a problem at all. Most of my sellers are long distance. The key is to keep in contact whether it be by phone, email or letters. Good luck to you hope your home gets sold. - Sat Jun 7 2008, 21:10
