Stacey, most sellers consider sellers concessions, allthough more often then not they are a function of price are you willing to pay enough to make the concession a benefit that helps you buy the home and the seller get the home sold at a price point that is acceptable to them,
More improtantly the questions I would have for you is have you seen the homes inside, and or other homes, if you are pre-approved and shopping and just in need of a sellers concession, you should look to work with a skilled buyers agent.
The agent will show you multiple homes that fit your criteria and negotiate terms including concessions you need with the seller on the home you want,
