Hi Cliff, The value of Waterfront property on Caz lake depends on several things.
Where is the property located (close to the village, further away from town,)
Also it depends on what kind of waterfront the property has.. is it more of a stone gravel
waterfront, or are there a lot of weeds to contend with. How much waterfront do I have?
What is the home like... is it seasonal, are their properties on top of me or do I have some privacy?
So there is no one correct answer to your question other than they can range from $300,000 to well over 2+million. The best way to find out is to work with an experienced agent that can give you the knowledge
of market value based on todays properties, with todays conditions.
