I know that I was asking for something difficult. I was looking for a house that I could afford as a single father of two and in the same school district so my children wouldn’t have to change schools again. The first agent gave up. After a couple of weeks and only finding one house fitting my requirements and that one was condemned I stopped getting phone calls. The second Agent I talked to did a little better one house was condemened and the other was unlivable until there was about $30k worth of repairs. She said she was going on vacation and haven’t heard from her again in the past 5 months. The third Agent I talked to heard what I was looking for and actually laughed and said, “I will never find that for you.” Holli found me when I was searching for a house to rent. After the second email from her I had hope that I could someday be a homeowner. Holli not only looked for what I was looking for but I could tell right from the start that what ever she found me was going to be something that she would let her kids live in.
