ER contract and Dual agency question

Karen Mcclorey answered:
When you first signed with your listing agent what did you sign? Was it as a "sellers agent" or Broker's Agent.? The reason for a "dual agent" contract it sounds like they have your listing and they have also have a buyer. They need informed consent to let your know there is a "Dual Agency".
You need to educate yourself and go on your website for your state. Read very carefully the "Disclosure Form"
