John Manrique answered:
As a seller, you should contact your local professional Realtor and ask them, if they would be interested in listing your home with an exclusion for the buyer that you presently have. If you are not in contract yet, ask your attorney if he can give you an escape clause, should you find a buyer with less finacing difficulties. You can continue to market the property, even if you arfe in contract, you just cant enter into a formal contract with anotehr potential buyer while in contract. Hopefully this answered your question.
