If you purchase a newly built home, you don't always have the chance to select colors, materials and colors. If you work with the builder during the building process you can have more input making it your dream home. Besides the 2 subdivisions you mentioned, there is a new 5 home subdivision in southern Ne City-Laurel Estates. If you are inerested in looking at that subdivison fell free to call me for more information on the lots, homes and pricing.
