The inventory certainly is picking up in Westchester, it's not that many new houses though. There are plenty of older homes coming on the market as well as "short sales"
Still, there are a few new ones being built, our office has (5) being built on the Larchmon/New Rochelle border. - Thu May 8 2008, 17:28
