The location of your lot may have a lot to do with calls. Is it individuals calling? Or is it Realtors? An individual may be a neighbor looking to expand or invest. A Realtor may be farming and looking for listings. There is still a slight growth in the Village, especially around one of the lakes. It will depend on the location of the lot. Cherokee VIllage is spread out over a large plat of property. Is the lot in question on one of the lakes, one of the golf courses, or back off the main roads and wooded. All this will enter in. The lots you see listed on the website referred to will show you some of that. Some lots on one of the lakes are $45-$65K but off the main road they could be under $10K. I especially enjoy my family, my lovely wife Jewel for 35 years, our 3 children, 2 girls and a boy, and now our 5 grandchildren. My mom & dad who live just north of us and a large extended family from all around the country.
