Foreclosures are a good buy in anymarket . You will need the tme as the lendors will take from 30 to 90 days to reply to your first offer . Reltors due get a commission. You shold contact a local realtor in your market area and work with one reator who will help and guide you from start to finish. Best of luck. Walter
