"Last year Richard “Rick” Burke came to us when we had our house “FOR SALE BY OWNER.” He gave us several suggestions on how we should sell our house without really pressuring us to sign a contract with him even though he knew that the spring selling time was all most over when the real buyers are mostly out looking for homes. So as time went on, we decided that we really needed a Realtor that knew our area well and who had sold other properties in Cranbury and who lived and participated in our community. He used many different strategies/techniques to no avail. The housing market of 2008 was the worst in history, but Rick kept having Open Houses and kept track of all the people coming through and did follow-up emails and phone calls. We finally took our house off the market in December. In March we decided to put our house back on the market and we wanted Rick back as our Realtor again because he knew the housing market well and already had the history of selling our house the year before.
