Every County seat has a web-site in which to find Foreclosed homes.......call the local Court House in the area where you are searching and ask what it it. If you can't find it then call the local Chamber of Commerce.......there is one in most cities. You can then go on that site and find out what homes are listed and when the auction will be. They are unually once a week on the same day. Most require a certain amount of cash up front or a percentage of what the property will sell for. - Thu May 22 2008, 13:47
