I am thinking of moving to Monroe Township in one of those adult communities, but i am looking for a "young over 55" communitiy.

Please clarify Monroe Township as there are a few in New Jersey. I cover Monroe Township in Williamstown which is in Gloucester County NJ. There are 55 Active Adult Communities here and I'd be happy to assist you. I just settled a 55 Adult Community 3 weeks ago nearby that was absolutely gorgeous.
