I have lived in Toms River pretty much my whole life and still currently do. I find the area to be beautiful with many advantages from the shore, entertainment and accesibilty to all major roads to name a few. Toms River has many homes for sale. With just one quick search I was able to find 159 properties that are currently on the market. Of course that number will dwindle as you become more specific about your wants and needs, but this should give you an idea of how active the market is right now.
