My response is My Company Is NOT A DISCOUNT BROKER. I give you Full Service & I always tell my Sellers
after they sign the Listing Agreement to Start Packing. When contracts are signed the sellers usually ask
again if there is any way I can cut the commission. I repeat My Company is Not a Discount Broker. The less
said the better. The Sellers Think They Did Not Get Enough For the House and the Buyers Feel They are Paying Too Much. We have to be the common ground. Stay centered, and always confident.
