Millington and Long Hill are selling okay. Inventories are relatively low with about 6 month supply of homes(compared to a 8 month supply statewide). Still great conditions to buy with low interest rates, reasonable inventory of available homes. Millington remains a desireable area for its schools, NY train station and rual setting. My office is the only real estate office in town so if you need any more information please contact me.
