Does anyone know what are the HOA fees for the townhomes on Trans Old Bridge Rd and Heritage Woods?

Sujeet, The Homeowners Association fee for Heritage Woods in Old Bridge is $56/month at this time.
The homes on Trans Old Bridge Road are part of Heritage Woods unless you are thinking of Spring Knolls which are a little older. That Homeowners Association fee is $130/month at this time.

How do I compare my taxes with other similar properties in my area?

Andrea, Taxes are public information so you have a few ways to find out the information. You can ask a realtor to help you. We have access to the tax records at our fingertips. As long as you have a street name or even a particular address we can find that for you. Keep in mind that even though you think that another home is the same as yours, it might have features that you don't realize. You might have a finished basement and your neighbor doesn't. Or they might have a pool and you don't. Extra bedrooms and baths also add to your taxes, as well as fences.
You could also go down to the county clerks office and research it. They will not tell you over the phone.
There are also websites that can help. You can go on the Asbury Park Press website and look as well.

Alice, The property taxes on 3 Darien Ct in Old Bridge are $7876. That home is currently in Attorney Review and scheduled to close on 7/31/09. I'd be happy to help you find a similar home.

Mary, That house is currently on the market for $289,000 which is considerably less than the $370,000 they paid for it at the end of 2004. The sale is subject to bank approval and is being sold "as is".

According to the tax records Ann Graf owns that home. You have the problem because she shares your lst name. I'm sure with explanation you can get it straightened out. Good Luck.
