To just add a few points, you will need to put a disclaimer if your including sold homes that you did not sell or list. You will need to have the ad checked by your broker/manager as well. I have seen situations in which the real estate commission got involved in an ad that didn't have all the fine print. Could save you thousands of $$'s.
