I would not sign anything with this builder until your attorney read the contract thoroughly. I have bought all new construction and once I sign the contract that is the price. He can not do any cost because material gone up. I would flip the question to the builder and say, if you get a good deal on material and the price goes down, do I get a credit. - Mon Jun 16 2008, 01:10
Absoluety. In fact, I am going through one right now and it has gone back and forth a few times between the buyer and the bank. Please feel free to call me, 732 691 1668. Steve - Sun Jun 8 2008, 06:38
The bus is your best option depending on where you go in Marlboro. I grew up in Marlboro and know the area well. The train is also an option, my concern is your commute is at least 20 minutes to the station.
If I could be of service, please give me a call at 732 691 1668...Steve - Thu May 22 2008, 19:14
hi Avi,
If you look at Long Branch there has been a lot of areas which have been revitalized. From what I understand there is a plan to update and work on Broadway. As far as being safe, I think the area is changing for the better and I have not heard or read of any serious issues. If you would like to see some homes, please contact me at 732 691 1668.

Hi Maureen,
Over the past several months we have seen a change in the market, what we have found is price and condition sells the home. On average Little Silver is between 645,000 and 945,000 depending on the area. I have seen homes drop around 5 to 7% , again it depends on the location. Keep in mind, today on the news the stated Monmouth County revenue is up to 60million, which is 5million over last year. This kind of information makes Little Silver and monmouth county and desirable area.
I am a real estate agent with Sotheby's Int;l and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss selling your home.
Kind Regards,
Steve Porzio
