In the link below I've compiled all three of the New fairfield Homes that your've inquired about on Trulia since last August, starting with the most recent:

1) 8 Indian Hill SOLD last December at $417k.

2)15 Musket Ridge is available, and listed by my office mate.

3) 5 Hillside is now under contract, but in this market, we never know when a transaction will fall apart, so I don't write them off until they CLOSE. I've helped several people to buy homes that were initially under agreement with another buyer. This home was owned by new Broker. He sold the home, and his buyers defaulted on their laon and were foreclosed upon. My broker had a $1500/month rental income stream from the apt. in the basement. The home is now owned by the bank, and will be a real value for the right buyer who can do the work needed to clean it up. I understand your request for more pictures and room dimensions, but this is exemplary of a Bank Owned listing, where the information is very sparse, as provided.
