I am a realtor whose office is located in Newington. As realtors, our ethics training does not allow us to "steer" clients toward or away from certain areas. The best way to choose the right community for your family is to do your research : 1. Check each town's website to view community services, events, statistics etc. 2. Visit each town to experience it's neighborhoods, downtown and surrounding areas to see how things such as schools, shops, medical care, libraries, traffic, highway access etc. affects your needs. 3. Compare home prices and tax rates for comparable homes in each town. You may find that you get a lot more value for your money from one town to the next. Good Luck!
