"We needed both a seller’s agent AND a buyer’s agent at the same time! We had been referred to Anita through friends. We were ready to sell our first home and move to another larger home in another community. We contacted Anita in the Spring and told her we REALLY wanted to move that Summer before the new school year would begin for our child. The market was starting to decline, so we knew we had to sell quickly to be able to capture the most equity and yet find a new home in our price range in the right school district. We also needed to close THE SAME DAY. Anita helped us price our home to meet the market conditions, created a virtual tour for our home for Internet consumers, and communicated with us all the time!
