About Me
I have lived in Dover Massachusetts for close to twenty years and was raised close-by. In addition, I have worked in corporate finance and consulting for the majority of my career. Thus, I have extensive knowledge of the area on both a business and personal level that I am able to use to provide the highest level of care to make each of my clients a fully satisfied partner with me in their real estate transactions.

I would love the opportunity to help you market your existing home or find the ideal home with the highest level of Premier Service!!

I would prioritize based on your living needs. I would suggest targeting the areas to make the home structurally safe and livable and then take care of the areas that you will need for your living quality. After these are taken care of I would suggest the cosmetic updates such as wallpapering etc.... that are for asthetic updates. - Sat Jun 21 2008, 09:54

If you look at a trend report the average price of homes in May 2008 vs 2007 is slightly higher, going to $499K vs $485K. The average sold home price for said period was $637K vs $510. I would say based on this data Westwood is holding up!! - Sat Jun 21 2008, 09:47

You may want to search in the metrowest area such as Dover, Natick as it is relatively easy to take the Mass turnpike to Worcester. - Tue May 6 2008, 09:59
Wendy Bornstein answered:
As of the end of March the average days on the market for Dover was 138 days. This compares to 117 for the same time period last year. The average sold price has dropped from 924 to 769 for the same time period. It does seem that homes are selling within 90-95% of asking price if priced reasonably. The market will be the only indicator of how well you are priced. - Tue May 6 2008, 09:57
