Let's see ... it's always hard to talk about myself in print (MUCH easier to do it in PERSON! :)
I've lived on the North Shore and Cape Ann almost all my life (except for 5 years in Charlestown).
My partner Patty Knaggs and I live in Gloucester with our 2 dogs, Spike and Kramer.
We work out of our Beverly RE/MAX office, representing residential buyers and sellers.
We're also experts on multi family investment properties as we own several in Gloucester.

how have gloucester prices changed between 2005 and 2007?

Overall, they've gone down. Substantially for some property types ie. condos. Sounds like you might be like many others that purchased in '05 and need to sell in '07. Is that the case? - Tue Nov 27 2007, 16:08
