About Me
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I had a career in Administration for almost 20 years…
My previous career was the perfect segue into my current career. Being a Realtor is all about the details and quality customer service. I utilize all of those translatable skills from my previous career on a daily basis.
I love technology and create high-end, customized marketing materials on all my listings regardless of list price. I believe this marketing makes my listings stand out in contrast to others.
My goal is simple; to make the buying and/or selling process as simple and stress-free as possible for you.
The best thing to state is that I love my job…..dealing with people and the excitement of their new home, the change of homes or even helping through difficult situations has been and continues to be very fulfilling. Becoming a Realtor is the best decision I’ve ever made!

How long has this house been on the market? Is it bankowned?

Hi Robert -

This property is still available and they just input a price reduction today. The new list price is $295,000. This is not a bank owned property, but is a short sale and subject to bank approval.

It was originally listed on 10/23/08 at $369,900.

This house did go under agreement on April 17, 2009. It was listed for $730,000 and is scheduled to close this week on June 19th.

The sign says sale pending. How much is the sales rice and when is it selling?

The house at 177 Upland Avenue, Newton is Under Agreement. And, yes, the sale price will not be disclosed until it actually closes. However, the house is listed at $429,000 and it is scheduled to close on June 19th.

What is the setback from the Public Street(in Lexington,Ma) for building ?

For both zoning areas RO and RS (single family residential zoning) in Lexington, the minimum front setback requirement is 30 feet.
