Yes the banks will pay what is typical for your area. So if your area is a 8% area then you will probably get that. However if your area is a 6% area and you ask for 8% you probably will not get it. - Tue Apr 22 2008, 08:45

Jan your broker doesn't sound to me like he is doing a competent job for you. He should NOT have written a contract for you without you being write their with him/her going over it line by line. If you would like immeidate assistance with putting in an offer on this home I can help you. I take my job seriously and if their is not time for me to handle something personally I have someone from my team do it for me so the ball is not dropped.
