About Me
Originally from the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.

Started visiting the Naples area in 1978 for winter vacations and became a full-time Naples resident in 1989, after living in the Kendall, Florida area for 6 years.

I am a full-time real estate broker and the owner of A Delta Realty of Naples.

My real estate license has been effective since August 1996. In addition, I have a Florida mortgage broker's license.

My memberships are in the Naples Area Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Currently I serve on the Legal Resources, MLS and Budget and Finance Committees from the Naples Area Board of Realtors.

Over the years I have been interviewed by the local affiliates of NBC, ABC and FOX networks regarding the real estate market conditions.

I am honored to have received the Best in Client Satisfaction - Real Estate Agent by Gulfshore Magazine for three consecutive years - 2008, 2007, and 2006.

My approach to real estate is rather simple - Taking a Personal Interest in You. I follow a very systematic and analytical approach to find the right property meeting my clients needs at the best price.

Leawood circle in Naples seems very cheap. Is there anything wrong with the houses themselves or the area?

As Jesse said the houses are wood frame and built during the peak time - however the additional underlying reasons are - the homes are modular in construction, therefore, lenders classify the homes as manufactured and the loan terms are not as favorable and the homeowners insurance premiums tend to be higher as well.

The higher costs of carrying the homes have caused a number of people not being able to afford the costs of ownership. - Sat Jun 21 2008, 07:34

Your ability to pull out of the contract depends upon the terms of the contract you and the seller signed. You should talk to your real estate agent and discuss your concerns.
