I believe that Diane is referring to "Kilz" which kills odors....not sure about the dander. My thought, as a Realtor and a cat owner, is that replacing carpeting and any drapes, as well as a thorough cleaning, should take care of the problem. Ask your physician....sounds odd but he/she could most likely give you a better idea knowing the severity of your allergy. Good luck! - Mon May 12 2008, 22:04

It comes down to either Price, Product or Pitch. Properly priced and properly marketed, your home should have sold by now.
