I am familiar with most of the neighborhoods and CCR'S in Fishers Landing/Cascade Park. Just let me know what you're looking for, ie:bdrms, size & renatl amount, I will be happy to email you a list to look at . If you also want to do a lease option on a home,that would be a good investment then sell in 3-5 yrs also. There's plenty availble in that area.
