I live in Sun Prairie with my husband, son and dog (Bob). My husband (David) and I both are active in Real Estate and have a team of 5. We work with residential, investor and commercial clients as well as in land acquisition and development. We have a combined experience of over 30 years in the real estate business. I have a couple friends that were looking to move out to Arizona. They just bought a nice 4 bed, 3 bath ranch home sitting on a park in a nice subdivision on the edge of East Madison. Are you looking just in the Chilton area? I know of some sellers that would consider Land Contract in and around the Madison area, perhaps even Verona. I also know of a number of sellers that would do a Lease With Option. Let me know if I can help.

There is a lot of mention to Minocqua...I think that is a great area. However, I do have another option...Just about 40 minutes west of Minocqua in Butternut, WI. It is just north of Park Falls, south of Ashland and a secret hiding place.

It really depends on the feel/type of area you are looking for...The area I am speaking of is a quiet area. Very quaint, but also has some great fishing (year round), ATV Trails, snowmobile trails, etc...the website is below. We would sell this for $125000... - Tue May 13 2008, 19:24
