"By Far the Best. In a market flooded with Pintos, I got Motor Trends' Car of the Year! I would use Joe Stacy wherever he is. His marketing stood out and he spoke with absolute confidence. Joe provided the service fantasized on TV commercials, but you never get. Joe actually came through with the promises! For the skeptics I will give you the straight facts: 1. Joe always kept me up to date on the activity of my home and the market either through e-mail, phone conversation or in person. 2. Joe listed my home for $20,000 more than another agent had told us to and $10,000 more than we wanted to. This was based on his knowledge of the market and value of our home. It wasn't an unattainable number he had. 3. We had a showing before the house was even in the MLS and much more traffic after is was listed. 4. Joe sold our house in less than a week and brought in $5,000 more than we were expecting. Now, I will give you my personal account of his service. First, I have never experienced such quality service. I felt like a celebrity. It's the type of service many claim to have but never fulfill. The energy he has in the morning is equivalent to what he has at night. Joe is always available and has an excellent staff, which was kept up to date with my situation, in case he was not persoannly available, but he made sure he was personally always involved with the important deceisions. He always went out of his way to accomodate me and my schedule. Joe has an incredible understanding of the market and personalized a strategy for selling my home. Even down to my home's feature sheet, Joe stands out among the rest of the agents. "An Agent You Can Trust. We are very grateful to Joe for all he did to help in the purchase of our new home. When doing an out of state move it is very hard in that you feel as though you do not have a lot of control. It is very important to have a real estate agent that you can trust. Joe met our expectations and needs in every way. He listened to our requests and was willing to show us as many houses as we needed to see. He was very helpful from start to finish.
