I would say it is going to vary. As far as growth i would say saraland for the simple fact that there is more land available for potential growth with commercial and residential sites being devloped almost daily. As far as something already devloped with a great return on investment I would look at midtown. Mid-town and saraland are both bringing in lots of activity but the types of buyers to vary between the two places. my name is jenny dees . In my opinion it depends on where you are looking at building vs where you are looking to buy. I will tell you that weighing all options wouldnt hurt like can you build a home in a length of time that benefits you meaning you wont have to rent while you build. Labor and material cost. Then look at the area of the pre-owned home you are considering buying and see what the comps are and if it has held its value or gone up or down and look at your estimated resale value would be in 2-5 years

In my opinion there are great schools in mobile and baldwin counties. I would say depending on if you want private or public would be the first step . In baldwin county bayside is a good high school and in mobile you have st. Paul's and Ums . Then you have mcgill in mobile as well.

I am an avid hunter and fisher. Believe it or not. I fish the ska tournament trail. My boat name is Top Producer. It is a yellow 36 ft Contender with triple yamaha 250's across the back. Our fishing team is Mike Dees (my dad), Jeff Dees ( my brother), Sheree Dees (my mother) , Michael Hicks, and (me) Jenny Dees. Family is very importatnt to us and almost everything we do involves at least one or two of my family members. Just this last year We placed 3rd in our division for SKA. We also took Top Senior Angler overall, and Jenny & Sheree Dees took first place Lady Angler in our division and overall. So we were thrilled with our performance last year and it proved to us hard work does pay off. As Hunting goes I just love it. wheteher it is deer hunting , duck hunting or pig hunting I just realy enjoy being in the woods around friends and family. I also enjoy just being able to hop on the ranger with my dog and ride all over our property in either Camden / Beatrice or Jackson.
