Cooper Valley Village is quiet and well-kept community of approximately 192 units, one bedroom w/one full bath and two bedrooms/2 full baths condos. The community is conveniently located just a short walk off Rt. 130 on Mount Holly Road just north of Delran. Public transportation is available along Rt. 130 and there is also access to the Riverline which is a few minutes (by car) away. The development offers a club house and pool.

I just listed a two bedroom/2 full bath last week for $129,900. The home has an eat-in kitchen with all appliances including built-in microwave oven, formal dining room, large living room, master bedroom with walk-in closet and plenty of storage space including a storage closet off the balcony and pull-down stairs to the attic. Hi Patti,

If you are into exercise and your health, what a great place to live. The scenery is beautiful, a great place to bike, take a walk or jog, there is always something happening on the weekends in Spring, Summer and Fall plus you have easy access to the Hi-Speed Line and the great restaurants along Haddon Ave. I have had a few clients who have bought in Collingswood and Haddon Township just because of the easy access to Philadelphia. I was just visiting homes last week in this area and there seems to be a lot of nice homes that are well-priced.

Good luck, I don't think you will be sorry if you move to this lovely area.

Hi Maji,

Regarding Palmyra Harbour, currently there are 15 properties for sale, one pending and in the last six months, 11 properties have settled. It may seem like a lot for sale but there are 501 units in the development. I am not aware of any problems in the community. Most buyers like this development because of the easy assess to Philadelphia and the reasonable price.

My clients that have lived there were for the most part, first-time buyers who lived here for a few years and then moved onto a single home in the area. None have ever expressed any negatives with the area.

Hi Dana,

Unfortunately, in this market, you never know what a seller is willing to take and there is only one way to find out.

A buyer who has been pre-approved with no contingencies is certainly going to be able to acquire the best deal. So my advice is to talk with your lender first and get pre-approved, and then make an offer!

I am also not finding a property at "736" Bowman. My office did list and sell the home at 777 Bowman. That property did sell for $920,000 on 7/31/2007.

Currently there are two homes for sale, 765 Bowman for $1,295,000 and 777 Bowman for $1,495,000. If you need any further details, please don't hesitate to contact me.
