My husband is retired USAF and we relocated to Wesley Chapel from Maine. We currently live in Country Walk and cannot wait to move out. The neighborhood is 85% renter occupied with a turn over rate every 6-12 months. There are numerous foreclosures and short sales now. The few owners that do occupy their homes are reluctant to offer more than a nod because of the revolving doors. There are tremendous ongoing issues with lawn/exterior maintenace and irrigation. We were recently told that sod will not be replaced or the dead trees because the Association does not have the funds due to HOA fees not being paid by owners. Seven Oaks is overpriced and has seen declining home values. I recommend Meadow Pointe!!! - Wed Jun 17 2009, 10:00
