Yes, there are limits for FHA loan... The amount you can borrow is different in different areas... You can contact your local lenders to determine how much you can borrow in your area or you can know about the loan limits here:

Well, 610 is pretty close to the minimum score required for FHA loan, but lenders can work with you depending on your eligibility for other factors... Well, if you want to go neat and clean, then you can raise your score above 620, and then apply for FHA loan...
