How does it work when the rent drops to $600 a month?

When the association has a special assessment of $4000, because the other half of the owners going into foreclosure haven't paid the HOA in over a year?

Just curious...

(Yeah $50K price compared to $800 rent doesn't look bad, but lets take in all the current risks too...Personally, I'd look around for a SFR for $70K or so...) - Mon Apr 13 2009, 08:07

actually, David, on your blog from several months ago you said it was a great time to buy!!!

You said that 3+ years of inventory didn't matter, cause most of those homes wouldn't sell anyways, and weren't serious...

you said the florida budget problems didn't matter!!!

You said I couldn't know anything cause I wasn't in florida... (though strangely enough, Moody's said the entire state was in a world of hurt, and prices would drop all year...) - Mon Mar 30 2009, 12:05
