I am the one that asked the question originally. Thanks for your answers. Specifically, we like Kayenta because of the lot sizes and because of the restrictive CC&Rs (muted colors, low heights, flat roofs, limited outdoor lighting, mostly natural plants, winding roads, etc.) that keep the visual impact of the houses and landscaping to a minimum.
