Hi Betty,
It looks like we posted our answers at the same time. I checked your account and was able to successfully brand the listing at the link below for you. Are you sure that you're going through the entire process? Once you are logged into your account you should locate your listing on Trulia and click on the 'Brand it!' link. A pop-up box will come up and you should click on the 'Get Started' button. You will then be prompted to update your profile or view your My Listings page.
Can you let us know which step in particular is causing problems for you?

Hi Betty,
I see that you've successfully branded a few of your listings with your photo and contact information and I was able to locate the listing associated with the first MLS number that you posted above (see the link below). If you search for your listings using the complete property address you should be able to locate your listings. You can also search in the correct city and state and type the MLS number into the keyword search filter we provide on the results page.
Let us know if you are still unable to locate your listings on our site.

Hi Krystin,
Generally the information you've submitted to Postlets should be live on Trulia within 24 to 48 hours. This all depends upon when Postlets begins to include your listing information within the data feed they send to us. We start processing new feed information around 5 pm pacific time, so if they do so before then your listing information should be live on Trulia the next day. However if they do so after our feed update processing has already started, it will likely be 48 hours until your listing information shows up on our site.
