Jake answered:
I am a commercial real estate professional so I'm pretty familiar with the conditions of the market and I should add that I am not looking to buy a home. I am working on a new shopping center and I have conducted a lot of preliminary research. The last piece I am looking to find for my client is the Average price for new construction. Either in price per foot or a price range between 2,000 to 3,500 SF. Thank you Scottt for your answer but I think those figures are based on the entire market. - Thu Jul 10 2008, 21:08

Upgrade your house. Put some money into fixtures. If you live in new construction you have to do something that seperates your house from other houses in the same market. - Thu Jul 10 2008, 16:00
