Is now a good time to buy a townhome in St. Petersburg? What about Bay Breeze Cove?

Bay Breeze Cove is a nice place to live as a renter, but I would never buy in this community because there is no visitor or extra parking of any kind. If you live in a 2-bedroom unit, you get a 1-car garage and a driveway, but if the person in the driveway is home and the person in the garage wants to go somewhere, you have to play musical cars. Also, if you have friends over, they have nowhere to park, except for illegally in the street, and the neighbors will call the cops and have them ticketed and/or towed. It's just my opinion, so for what it's worth...I wouldn't buy here if I were you. - Fri Aug 29 2008, 11:04
