Jeffery is wrong about staying west of IH-35. Maybe in the past that was a good point, but now there is a new high school opening, and it will serve a rather affluent area (still some areas that aren't that affluent but that's the case west of IH-35 as well). Anyway, Forest Creek, Forest Ridge Estates, Lake Forest - all of these neighborhoods are east of IH-35, have homes that range from the 300s up to 800s. The schools are excellent - well, not that this concerns you, but that's bull about IH-35. Maybe Jeffery is a realtor who only works with subdivisions that are west of IH-35. - Sun Jul 6 2008, 10:20
