Not sure what price range you are looking at, but you may want to consider Hungerford off of Wootton Parkway at W. Edmonston. It is an older neighborhood but family-oriented. The location is excellent--nestled between 270 and Rockville Pike, with easy access to Beltway. It is also walking/Ride-On distance from Rockville Metro and the new Rockville Town Center. Cluster is Richard Montgomery (Newsweek rated RM High School #32 in the nation above Walter Johnson, Whitman, etc.) There are several parks as well. If you can't afford Bethesda or Potomac or Kentlands, Hungerford is a good area to consider. Prices currently between $400K and $500K. - Wed Jul 2 2008, 20:32
