What is the Oak Hills development like in Pittsburg? Is there a homeowner's association website?

Oak Hills is good. I moved here earlier this year, and I have talked to several neighbors who like Oak Hills. The people only remember one crime happening in the neighborhood, a smash and grab from a car where people left valuables sitting in their car several years ago. The neighbors are friendly...one gave us a cake when we moved in, another stopped by our house when left our garage door open late at night to watch out for us.
