I called this number twice and keep getting voicemail. Did not try the other number-do you know what the best time is to reach them? - Mon Jun 2 2008, 12:53
Hi, thank you two for your answers: I think I will go with commercial. This tenant is new and already a problem. I only need something that will last for a couple of years or long enough until her lease is up which is in one year. - Wed Mar 26 2008, 12:35
I agree with Sharon, if the water bill is not to hefty you'd be better off paying it yourself. Just make sure you're getting enough rent to cover the bill. Don't give total control to the tenant-if they don't pay the bill it's your credit and the lean would be put on your home. I was told by the water company "we bill homes, not people". - Fri Mar 21 2008, 13:41
Michael, thank you for your response. The last two purchases were done back to back, so there's no equity there to pull out. both purchased in the sept and oct of 07. One is upstate and not much equity there. The main one has allowed me to purchase the others, so I don't have enough equity at this time. I don't believe. The only one that may have equity-needs work to it although values have doubled from what I paid for it. - Mon Mar 17 2008, 08:46
