This is a hugh problem and I wish the people that live inScotchbrrook would start a class action suit against the builder for he just walked away from these poorly built houses and created problems that is what is common property and what is not. There is a major problem getting homeowners insurance for we are considered condos. State farm insurance will not insure as at all.
